- Open Account → Delete account or use the button below.
- Verify your identity and confirm permanent deletion.
Unable to sign in
Email contato@totalvalue.com.br from the registered address and request deletion. We may perform proportionate identity verification to prevent unauthorized deletion.
What may remain
Records strictly required for legal obligations, fraud prevention, or legal claims may be isolated for the applicable period. Protected backups expire within 90 days. See the Data Retention Policy.
